Ameron Hamburg Hotel Speicherstadt

We had a fantastic 2-night stay as a family in this centrally located hotel. The hotel is just a short walk to the city center and is conveniently situated near a bus and metro stop. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for our family. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel even had umbrellas available for guest use. One of the highlights was the breakfast, served in a charming restaurant with great views of the canal and delicious food options.

The limited number of elevators in the building, resulting in some long waits during peak times.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff, like the waiter Sabrina, were not only professional but also friendly. Sabrina took the time to introduce herself, explain the menu, and made us feel at home with her terrific sense of humor. We were also impressed by the prompt and courteous response of the gentleman at reception when we requested an iron and board. The overall experience with the staff was excellent.

The restaurant, although slightly expensive, offered delicious food and a great selection. We enjoyed a treat meal there and found the waiters to be well-trained and attentive.

Great location, clean and quiet room with big windows overlooking canals. Just minutes away from Miniatur Wunderland and a 20-minute walk from the train station. Lovely staff and comfortable room. Excellent food at the associated restaurant with good vegetarian options. Private toilet separate from the main bathroom.

The hotel had a great rooftop terrace with a beautiful view. The location was central and convenient, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always quick to assist with any needs.

This hotel is located in the old warehouse district of historic Hamburg, right on a canal within the Speicherstadt warehouse district. The location is superb, with easy access to the center of the city and all its attractions. The hotel offers excellent service, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome drink and the room amenities were impressive, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace. The in-room safe provided added security and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was well-appointed, with free toiletries and an electric kettle for convenience. The flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi connection were also appreciated.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, as it offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location in the warehouse district is unique and provides a charming atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel looked luxurious and was so great. The room we stayed in had a unique design with the shower located in the middle of the room, which we found to be very nice. We had a great view while enjoying breakfast and dinner, as we had to crossover the water. The hotel had private indoor parking near the entrance and was conveniently located not far from the city center and very close to the port. The staff were excellent, very professional, and friendly. The service was really good, with one staff member, Sabrina, standing out for her great service during dinner. The entire staff we interacted with over our two-day stay were excellent and left a lasting impression. it was a fabulous hotel experience that we would highly recommend.
